Our intention with Monarch Park is to create a well-planned and valued new community that is well integrated with Stamford, the surrounding villages to the north, and the new communities of Stamford North.

In addition to high quality buildings and materials, the provision of green spaces throughout the development is a key element in Monarch Park’s distinctiveness.

The development area is focused on the south of the site, adjacent to existing development, with two housing ‘parcels’ located on the east and west sides of the site, and a new multi-use ‘local centre’ placed centrally between them. This would service the day-to-day needs of Monarch Park residents and others living locally, and act as a community hub. It would also offer a visitor centre for the benefit of everyone wishing to access a 30-hectare Country Park located on the north of the site.
